Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison/Technical Account manager for HealthEC clients
  • Involve in implementation of assigned ACO’s
  • Work with client team and internal project teams for
    1. Claims/Rx/Beneficiary files loading,
    2. Consent Management,
    3. Portal roll-outs and training,
    4. Provider Directory set-up,
    5. EMR/HIS/LIS/ADT interfaces
    6. Care Coordination efforts,
    7. Provider Engagement
  • Project Plan Management.
  • available 24/7 to help facilitate their requirements
  • Coordinates with HealthEC ACO leadership to support and facilitate operational initiatives such as provider and beneficiary engagement via the development of seminar and webinar content to further support the ACO’s activities in achieving the triple aim – better health, better care and lower cost. 
  • Instrumental in assisting the ACO in developing and executing test plans, validation of data and documentation of operational procedures. 
  •  Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
•       Follow up on new leads and referrals
•       Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
•       Prepare pricing proposals and sales contracts
•       Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge with marketing teams
•       Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
•       Identify and resolve client concerns
•       Work with cross-functional teams when required
•       Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
 Skills/Abilities:
  • Business Development and or Account Manager experience with 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience in both the inpatient, ambulatory and ACO settings. 
  • Ability to train and demo Physician organization
  • Prior experience with EMR / EHR systems implantations
  •  Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  •  Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationships
  •  Organizational skills and ability to multi task
  •  Ability to persuade and influence others
  •  Ability to present creative methods in generating and maintaining new business
