Job Description

·         The project manager’s will be involved in business development and managing contracts clients and the project teams.
·         Plan direct and monitor all aspects of large multi-discipline projects or medium sized projects with high degree of technical complexity.
·         Involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently.
·         Establish client relations and involved with marketing contractual design and production meetings. Conduct schematic design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, Project Architects, Project Engineers, and other disciplines.
·         Responsible to coordinate workload with project team through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule.
·         Work with the Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews.
·         Typically requires a bachelors or masters degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years healthcare experience.
Qualifications
·         Must have 5-8 years of Project Management experience with a minimum of 3 years in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) settings, including enterprise-software implementations in large scale Healthcare Systems.
·         Minimum 2 years of practical Health Information Management (HIM), Coding & CDI, and/or Patient Revenue Cycle Management experience.
·         Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and train others.
·         Ability to travel 25%-50% on average. (Travel percentage is dependent on project requirements and is typically lower than 50%).
·         Ideally has strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, SharePoint Server and Microsoft Office.
·         Current PMP Certification strongly preferred.
·         Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
·         Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired
·         Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
·         Strong planning and mentoring skills.
