Sales cum proposal associate

Primary responsibility of Sales associate will be to support HealthEC Sales teams in developing product/service proposals (in response to healthcare/member issued Request for Information (RFI) and/or Request for Proposal (RFP)). This role manages the coordination of all activities pertaining to the development and the submission of first level draft of contracts , proposals etc.
  • Provides proposal content and coordination in support of sales teams
  • Assists in creating new content as needed
  • Assist SVP sales in customer’s call with first level draft of contracts , proposals etc. and sharing that further with Sales team for reviews.
  • Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • At least 2 -47 years of related professional experience
  • Editorial and/or proposal writing, sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent detail-oriented, communication, customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software
  • Experience with Salesforce will be a plus
  • Professional communication skills, both written and oral, are required
  • Ability to work with all levels in an organization
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Health care experience preferred
