The Program/Project Manager develops innovative clinical and outcomes program designs to meet strategic goals of HealthEC. This role works with the Business Development and Strategy team to implement clinical business models to advance HealthEC Solutions. Results are accomplished through collaboration with matrix teams including internal functions and HealthEC Business units as required. Position is responsible for evaluating, planning, and executing project requirements, timelines, and budgets. Position is also responsible to develop a transition plan including preliminary clinical protocols, policies and procedures to operations stakeholders.
  • Serve as key point of contact for new clinical or care coordination programs of moderate to large scope. Align program concepts and designs with Care Management Services technology road maps, identifying features and benefits to allow for synergy with core products
  • Manage project teams to implement solutions for customers , responsible to provide clinical expertise to enhance IT platform.
  • Manage and execute deliverables for large physician practice groups.
  • Partner with cross functional HealthEC project teams, including finance, client operations, and quality.  Develop scope outline, goals, deliverables, potential market, required resources, budget and timing.
  • Manage program scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with required project changes to goals, deliverables, potential market, required resources, budget and timing. Coordinate program review meetings to update and inform all matrix team members.
  • Provide program support and software improvements based on operations feedback, reported deficiencies or potential efficiencies, and market tips.
  • Travel is required up to 30%.
•        RN preferred
•        8+ years’ experience in health care industry, with experience in direct care of patients
•        Ability to travel nationally 20-30% or more with flexibility.
•        Ability to interface with all groups and organizational levels to resolve design challenges and find compromise in design solutions to maximize stakeholder satisfaction with final product
•        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•        Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects and execute on all projects.
•        Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills
•        Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
•        Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
•             Bachelor’s degree required
